Shipping Policy

We ship fast because we know you're ready to get started. Every order is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us, then sent via Australia Post Express. No slow shipping options. No waiting around.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1PM AEST, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Australia Shipping

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days depending on your location. We ship from QLD and VIC to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping is a $13 AUD flat fee. Orders over $150 AUD ship free.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship Express to New Zealand. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping is a $40 AUD flat fee. Orders over $250 AUD ship free.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We also ship to selected international destinations including the UK, US, Canada and others.

Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delays

Once your order leaves us, delivery is handled by Australia Post. While we always ship Express, occasional delays can happen due to weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will follow it up for you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost parcels. If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
