We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you've opened or used the product, we're unable to accept a return.
Refunds and Exchanges
You can choose a full refund or an exchange. Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you'd prefer an exchange, let us know what you need and we'll get the replacement sorted as soon as your return arrives.
Australia Returns
Return shipping within Australia is free. Contact us and we'll send you a return label.
New Zealand and International Returns
Returns are accepted from New Zealand and international customers within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us straight away. We'll replace it at no extra cost, no matter where you are.
